Would you like to try it out? I am offering sessions for one or two people at my beautiful, quiet and comfortable studio which is the perfect setting for this kind of deep journeys. Plan for a good 2 hours. All you need to bring is an open mind and something that can serve as a blindfold since this is an eyes closed experience. I am providing everything else for your comfort.

What makes Neurodynamic Breathwork so effective and how does it work?
Breathwork is an umbrella term for many, many different types of breathing techniques that originated thousands of years ago and have been used by civilizations all around the world. The breathwork I facilitate has its roots in the work of Stanislav and Christina Grof (Holotropic Breathwork) and Michael Stone (Neurodynamic Breathwork, NDB) with whom I am currently completing a 6-months long facilitator training. NDB is a powerful tool that supports self-discovery, transformation, and healing through working in expanded states of consciousness without the use of any psychoactive substances. In this particular style of conscious connected breathing, we use an active, fluid, and circular breathing pattern while being stimulated by the sound of carefully chosen, evocative music.
This type of manipulating the breath allows you to quiet the thinking ego-mind, be fully in your body, and access your inner healing intelligence. This is a self-empowering technique that brings profound physical and emotional releases, clearing the mind and body of stagnant energy, old patterns, and limiting beliefs. It can give you new insights into your life path and your soul plan in a safe and supportive container in which YOU remain the guide of your own journey.
One of its unique features is that Neurodynamic Breathwork is non-directive. Unlike almost all other forms of breathwork, I as the facilitator do not direct or guide your breathwork journey. It is all guided from within your own being. This modality is based on the principle of radical self empowerment, of looking inside for the answers you need instead of searching for them in the outside world. My part as a facilitator is to create a beautiful and safe environment for you and witness and accompany your journey. I will be honored to work with you.

What are the 10 most important guiding principles for a successful breathing session?
- Trust your inner guiding intelligence.
- Deeply surrender to the process and let go of expectations about what you think should happen.
- Give yourself permission to feel and express whatever emotions are showing up.
- Have the courage to feel and experience whatever is coming up during the session.
- Allow the unfolding of the process.
- Allow the full range of emotions that are showing up, be it anger, sadness, joy or happiness.
- Know that whatever emotions are coming up are ready to be released.
- Know that your inner guiding intelligence will bring up only that what you are capable of handling on that day.
- In an expanded state of consciousness everything is magnified and because of that the depth of release is much bigger than in an ordinary every-day state of mind. Welcome and allow it to happen.
- Write about your experience afterward in order to bring your insights into your daily life for integration.

- Aneurisms, if either you had an one or more then one person in your immediate family
- Asthma, you are welcome to breathe if you have asthma but having your inhaler available is highly recommended
- Cardiovascular disease and/or irregularities incl. prior heart attacks
- Detached retina, Glaucoma
- Epilepsy
- High blood pressure that is not controlled by medication
- Osteoporosis that is serious enough whereby moving around actively could cause physical damage to your body
- If you are taking blood thinning/ anti-clotting medication
- History of strokes, seizures and mini-strokes (TIA's)
- Pregnancy
- Hospitalizations for any psychiatric conditions or a serious emotional crisis during the last 10 years such an attempted suicide, nervous or psychotic breakdown
- PTSD is normally fine but if you have currently severe symptoms of PTSD it is important that you have a solid support structure in place to work with what might come up during a session and a willingness to proceed through the difficult emotions that might come up
- Recent head injuries and other physical injuries or surgeries that have not yet fully healed
- Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and emotional release
