Healing session: Let me decide what modality or combination of modalities whould be the best approach for your situation. 60min - between 80 and 100 USD

Structural Integration / Rolfing: You can book just a single session and still immediately benefit from this effective type of bodywork. If you are usually getting deep tissue massages and you are never quite satisfied with the results, you definitely want to give this modality a try. There is also the possibility of receiving a shorter series of 3 or 7 sessions. A complete treatment consists of 10 sessions and is strongly recommended in cases of long-lasting chronic pain due to severe accident or injury.

Massage therapy: I offer deep tissue, trigger point massage, relaxation massage, dynamic cupping, pregnancy massages, reflexology and lymphatic drainage sessions. Outcall service is available. 60 min - 80 USD, 80 min - 100 USD

Breathwork sessions: I offer individual sessions at my studio for 1 -3 people. You also can book a group session at your vacation rental for up to 6 people. A session last about 2 hours. Cost for one person - 120 USD, 2 people - 160 USD, 3 people - 210 USD. Flat rate for a group - 300 USD

Red light therapy and micro-current therapy: can be received as an individual treatment or in combination with massage, trigger point treatment, structural integration or Jin Shin Jyutsu. Outcall service to your vacation rental is possible. 30 min - 35 USD

Jin Shin Jyutsu: A single session can already initiate change for the better. However, if a certain physical, mental, or emotional pattern/imbalance has been present for a longer period of time, a series of sessions is recommended in order to achieve a significant improvement or a release of that pattern altogether. Jin Shin Jyutsu sessions can safely be received on a daily base. Outcall service is available. 60 min - 80 USD

I Ching Reading: Consulting the Toltec I Ching Oracle enables us to recognize the factors driving events and to fashion responses that make the most of present opportunities. Avoiding difficulties that can be avoided, passing up opportunities that lead in the wrong direction, creating future successes by adapting well to present circumstances and becoming aware of our true intentions that influence everything we persue. Outcall service: within Sayulita, add 20 USD, to San Pancho, add 30 USD, to Punta Mita, add 40 USD per treatment. Payment options: Cash is preferred in either US dollars or Pesos. If none of that is possible for you, I can accept card as an exception (+10%)
