Healing session: Let me decide what modality or combination of modalities whould be the best approach for your situation. 60min - between 90 and 120 USD

Structural Integration / Rolfing: You can book just a single session and still immediately benefit from this effective type of bodywork. If you are usually getting deep tissue massages and you are never quite satisfied with the results, you definitely want to give this modality a try. There is also the possibility of receiving a shorter series of 3 or 7 sessions. A complete treatment consists of 10 sessions and is strongly recommended in cases of long-lasting chronic pain due to severe accident or injury. 60 min - 120 USD / 2,200 Pesos

Massage therapy: I offer deep tissue, trigger point massage, relaxation massage, dynamic cupping, pregnancy massages, reflexology and lymphatic drainage sessions.
60 min - 90 USD / 1,600 Pesos, 90 min - 130 USD / 2,400 Pesos

Breathwork sessions: I offer individual sessions at my studio for 1 -3 people. A session last about 2 hours in total. Cost for one person - 140 USD, 2 people - 180 USD, 3 people - 240 USD. You also can book a group session at your vacation rental. Please contact me for group session rates depending on the number of participants. and your location.

Red light therapy and micro-current therapy: can be received as an individual treatment or in combination with massage, trigger point treatment, structural integration or Jin Shin Jyutsu. Outcall service to your vacation rental is possible.
30 min - 40 USD

Jin Shin Jyutsu: A single session can already initiate change for the better. However, if a certain physical, mental, or emotional pattern/imbalance has been present for a longer period of time, a series of sessions is recommended in order to achieve a significant improvement or a release of that pattern altogether. Jin Shin Jyutsu sessions can safely be received on a daily base. Outcall service is available. 60 min - 90 USD / 1,600 Pesos

Outcall service: within Sayulita, add 20USD, to San Pancho, add 40USD, to Punta Mita, add 50USD per treatment. Payment options: Cash is preferred in either US dollars or Pesos. If none of that is possible for you, I can accept card as an exception (+10%)
